M500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the m500 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
By accessing, registering for, or using the m500 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. Your acceptance is considered valid the moment you take any action to register or interact with platform content, including browsing the m500 website.
These terms apply to all m500 platform users, including unregistered visitors, registered members and users who are actively transacting. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
M500 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without extended prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the m500 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the m500 platform. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. m500 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
The use of false names, another person's identity, or misleading information is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. m500 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Contact the m500 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
Users of the m500 platform agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes that are not in conflict with Malaysian law or applicable international regulations. Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to manipulate the platform or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, fraud or bonus abuse.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Carrying out any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, data security or the experience of other users.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the m500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include local online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian internet banking services. m500 does not accept foreign currency payments directly.
Deposit
Deposits are credited to the user's account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. m500 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or network disruptions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the current policy displayed within the platform.
Withdrawal
Winning withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. m500 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and may take up to three business days.
Suspicious Transactions
M500 reserves the right to suspend or hold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity pending the completion of an investigation.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
M500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform. This includes losses arising from technical disruptions, odds display errors or unexpected betting outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the m500 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software and interface elements — is the exclusive property of m500 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Suspension and Closure
M500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, failure to submit requested verification documents, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a user violation, m500 reserves the right to withhold or void any outstanding balance, bonuses or winnings that have not yet been processed.
Third-Party Links
The m500 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. m500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the m500 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
M500 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest terms. The date of the most recent amendment will be displayed at the top of this page.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
